Available Commands
Every Tickety slash command, grouped by what you are trying to do.
Type / in any channel and Discord lists the commands Tickety has added to your server. Almost every command only works inside a server, because it acts on that server's tickets, panels or settings, and a handful also work in a direct message with Tickety. You decide which roles may run each command, and which channels they may run it in, from Command Permissions.
/reminder, /ticket resolve, /ticket inactivity, /request ticket and /request application are rolling out. If you do not see them in your server yet, they are on the way.
Who can run a command
Three things decide it, and Tickety checks all three:
- The Tickety admin role - Set it with
/adminroleor in your server settings. Anyone holding it can run the staff commands, see every ticket and review applications. - Panel roles - A support role on a ticket panel unlocks the
/ticketcommands on that panel's tickets. A review role on an application panel unlocks the/applicationcommands for that panel. - Discord permissions - The usual fallback. Manage Server for setup commands, Manage Channels for ticket and giveaway commands, Manage Messages for
/purge.
Server administrators and the server owner can always run everything, the same way Discord behaves. To hand a command to a role that does not have the usual Discord permission, or to take one away, use Command Permissions.

Setup and Admin
| Command | Options | What it does |
|---|---|---|
/quicksetup | None | Walks you through the shortest possible setup: an admin role, a log channel and a channel for your first ticket panel. Only works on a server that has not been set up yet. |
/adminrole | role (required) | Picks the role that counts as Tickety's admin role. @everyone cannot be used. |
/logchannel | type (required), channel (optional) | Chooses where Tickety writes its logs. type is All (General, Verifications, Giveaways), General, Verifications or Giveaways. |
/language | language (required) | Changes the language Tickety speaks in your server. 16 languages are available. |
/configurator | None | Opens a settings menu inside Discord, so you can change most of your setup without leaving the server. |
/sendticketpanel | None | Posts one of your ticket panels into the current channel. |
/sendapplicationpanel | None | Posts one of your application panels into the current channel. |
/sendfaqpanel | None | Posts one of your FAQ panels into the current channel. |
/debug | None | Runs a health check on your server and hands you a diagnostics ID you can give to support. |
/reset | target (required) | Wipes a chosen slice of your Tickety data. Only the server owner can run it. |
Leaving channel empty on /logchannel for Verifications or Giveaways makes those logs follow the general channel, so moving the general channel later moves them too. Ticket and application panels keep their own log channel, set per panel.
/reset targets are All Data, All Settings (eg. Settings, Panels, ...), Ticket Logs, Application Logs, Giveaway Logs and Verification Logs. You confirm first, and the wipe cannot be undone.
Tickety needs View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links in the channel you post a panel into. /statusboard also needs Read Message History, because it keeps editing its own message.
