What is Tickety Premium?
Premium is a subscription for one Discord server that lifts the free limits and unlocks every gated feature.
Premium is bought for one server at a time. It lifts the free limits on that server, turns on every feature marked with a crown in the dashboard, and takes Tickety's branding out of the messages your members see.
Two optional add-ons sit on top of a plan: the Custom Bot add-on and the AI Addon. Neither is sold on its own.

What premium unlocks
The full list lives on the limits page. In plain terms, a premium server gets:
- No panel ceiling - unlimited ticket, application and FAQ panels instead of the free caps.
- Deeper forms and automations - more questions per form, every automation firing instead of the first ten, more buttons, options and arguments.
- Ticket tools that are off on free - autoclose, inactivity notifications, close requests, custom ticket channel names, transcript images and cooldowns longer than an hour.
- The premium verification and giveaway options - Discord captcha, click to pass, country and VPN blocking, vote entries, multipliers and winner DMs.
- Your own branding - custom embed footers and footer icons, uploaded images, custom server emojis on buttons, and no
Tickety | Tickety.topline under your messages. - Longer history - the full staff leaderboard instead of the last 7 days, and a 90 day activity card with response time trends and a rating breakdown.
- Private support and a Premium role in the Tickety support server for the person who bought the subscription.
Plans
Both plans unlock exactly the same features. Only the billing interval differs.

Prices are shown in your own currency, and the exact total is confirmed at checkout, so this page does not quote figures. The current price, the per month equivalent for the yearly plan and the saving it gives you are all on the Premium page and on Premium & AI in your dashboard.
One subscription covers one server. Every other server you want on premium needs its own subscription, and you can move a subscription between servers yourself. See Managing your subscription.
Add-ons 👑
Add-ons are extras on a premium plan. You pick them before you buy, or add them later in the billing portal.
- Custom Bot 👑 - Tickety runs in your server under your own bot application, with your own name, avatar, status and activity. Required to use the Personalizer page. See Setting up your Custom Bot.
- AI Addon 👑 - Unlocks the AI ticket features that need more than credits: wrong channel detection, duplicate question detection and auto resolution detection. It also includes 5,000 AI credits every month, which reset each cycle and do not roll over.
Each add-on shows Active or Not active on its card once you own a plan. Add-ons cannot be bought on their own, and they follow the subscription if you move premium to another server.
This feature requires a Premium Subscription.
AI credits
Credits pay for the AI features that are metered rather than gated. Every server can buy them, premium or not, and purchased credits never expire. The AI Addon adds 5,000 credits a month on top of anything you buy.

Buying premium
Access the Web Dashboard
Open your Tickety Dashboard. Log in using your Discord Account.
Navigate to Premium & AI
Pick the server you want on premium, then click Premium & AI in the sidebar.
Pick your add-ons
Under Addons, click Custom Bot or AI Addon to include them. A selected card shows Selected. You can skip this and add them later.
Buy the plan
Under Choose your plan, press Buy Monthly Plan or Buy Yearly Plan and finish the checkout. Anything you selected under Addons is added to the same checkout.
Check it landed
The page switches to the subscription view with a status chip. Run /serverinfo in your server to see the same thing from Discord.
If the server already has a subscription, the checkout stops with a Server already has premium message instead. Only the member who bought that subscription can change or cancel it.
Checking what a server has
/serverinfo- answers publicly with a Premium Information block showing the server's premium status and which add-ons are active./debug- answers privately with the same block plus a diagnostics ID to give to support./reset- resets Tickety's configuration in the server. It does not touch your subscription and it does not cancel anything.
